Kim Celebrates 28th Birthday… in a Hospital Gown

The reality star donned hospital-wear to celebrate her 28th birthday Tuesday at an Alabama medical center, where boyfriend Reggie Bush was recovering from surgery after injuring his knee. “I was supposed to be in London right now with Reggie but we had to cancel our trip,” she writes on her blog. “In [Sunday's] game against the [North] Carolina Panthers, Reggie injured his left knee and needed surgery.” Though she says the New Orleans Saints running back was “pretty bummed,” she, on the other hand, remains positive: “As long as he is okay, I will have the best birthday ever!!!!” “When I saw him limp off the field,” she says, “my heart dropped!” But, ” He is recovering great and will be back on the field soon!” How sweet is Kim?
