Published on May 6th, 2009 After spending some time in the Big Apple, Kim returned to Los Angeles this morning and looked freshed faced and complacent as she held on to a coffee and her Blackberry. She was later caught by photographers visiting the salon for a little spot of pampering following her trip and looking exceptionally cute!
