Just three weeks after they amicably split, the pair were “all smiles” as they walked together Monday into a Ruth’s Chris Steak House in New Orleans, an observer tells PEOPLE. Why they hooked up wasn’t yet known – her rep didn’t immediately comment – but both were in the Big Easy on business: Kardashian had a long-planned appearance at a Dress for Success charity event and Bush is in the Saints training camp to prepare for the NFL season.
