A day following the birth of her brand new baby nephew, Mason Dash Disick, Kim was photographed by paparazzi heading to the nail salon for some much needed R&R. Looking great in a stylish blazer and some ripped jeans, complete with a pair of black killer heels, Kim posed for photographs with the salon staff as well.
