‘Keeping up with the Kardashians’ Season 5 Premiere is ratings gold!
Published on August 23rd, 2010  The premiere of the fifth season of ‘Keeping up with the Kardashians’ premiered to huge ratings for the E! network last night! The show managed to attract around 4.7 million viewers, a figure that topped last season’s premiere by an impressive 14%, making it the most-watched and highest rated premiere in the show’s history and beaten only by the last season finale in the overall ratings figures. It didn’t end there as Kim’s executive producing debut for new show ‘The Spin Crowd’ proved popular with the E! audience and attracted an incredible 2.3 million viewers, that made it them the best ratings for a debut episode of a new show.
