Apologies we’re a little late with these, it’s been a little busy for us outside of the website and updates will resume as soon as possible! This Sunday’s episode was Kim’s last in Miami which was sad but also made for some interesting viewing to say the least. We certainly feel that as viewers, we saw Kourtney at her most vulnerable. The episode began with Kim and Kourtney relaxing on friend Loren’s yacht where Kim told her friend that we and Reggie Bush ended their relationship. She reveals that the break up was amicable and the pair are still on friendly terms, we states that Reggie’s distaste for the paparazzi etc. was one of the factors behind the break up and when someone cannot accept her life, she can’t accept them. The girls then head back to their suite, where they find that it smells like weed. Kim takes Mason as Kourtney goes to confront Scott about the possibility of his friends smoking the drug in their suite. Kim is in the bathroom with Mason when she hears shouting between Kourtney and Scott. Kourtney rushes out and shuts the door to where Kim and Mason are, they then decide to leave as Scott’s drink-related behaviour is too much and stay at Loren’s place. While they’re gone, Scott’s behaviour gets extreme and he punches the mirror prompting producer’s to act quickly and he’s sent to the hospital, blood soaks towels left on the bathroom floor…

Kim and Kourtney return to the hotel and figure out what might have happened, Kourtney realises that Scott’s problem with alcohol needs treating and in an emotional phone call she tells Scott she doesn’t want him around her or Mason until he solves his issues. Kim visits friend Jonathan Cheban and confides in him about her break up, stating that she simply can’t accept someone who can’t accept her lifestyle and thinks it will be hard to find the right guy because of the life she leads. Jonathan cheers her up like the good friend he is. Meanwhile, Scott needs surgery on the hand he punched through the mirror, revealing his tendons need surgically repairing. Kourtney initally refuses to go and see him but changes her mind to Kim’s surprise, realising she can’t stop her, Kim agrees to go with Kourtney to the hospital.

The girls stop off at the hospital and Kim tells Kourtney straight how she feels about the situation and whether visiting him is the right thing to do. Kourtney eventually agrees with her and drives off from the hospital. Scott calls her and isn’t pleased with her decision but Kourtney knows it’s for the best. The next day, Kim says her goodbyes to Kourtney and Mason and reveals she doesn’t want to leave them on their own but has gotten in touch with Khloe who is returning to Miami. Kim leaves Miami and her extended stay ends, the episode ends with Kourtney and Scott reflecting on the events that have occured recently.

This weeks episode starts with Kim hanging out with Kourtney and Mason by the pool. Kim tells Kourtney that she thought she’d have atleast one kid by the time she’s 30, “one (kid) with a bun in the oven”. She takes a hold of Mason and coos over him, proclaiming she can’t wait to have a baby just like him.

Scott’s work schedule at the club seems to have everyone worried apart from Kourtney who respects the fact he’s gotten a job and is making a living after the constant criticism from her family of him. Kim and Kourtney go furniture shopping for DASH when Kourtney gets a call from Scott saying he needs her to come back and watch Mason because he has meetings for work despite her having meetings herself. Kim then volunteers her baby sitting services and says she’s play nanny for the day. Kourtney accepts and says it’d be good for Kim and Mason to spend some time together. After watching Mason for the day, Kim realises that watching Mason can be quite demanding and she expresses her empathy for Kourtney being a full time Mom. Scott’s ‘work’ related activities continue to be a problem for Kourtney.

Kim and Kourtney’s close friend, P.R guru and star of upcoming The Spin Crowd, Jonathan Cheban stops by and visits the girls in Miami. They treat Jonathan to dinner where the three discuss Scott’s drinking habits and tempers flare between Kim and Kourtney when Kim reveals that she doesn’t necessarily agree with what Scott’s been doing recently. Later on, the girls and Jonathan head back to the suite and Kim offers Jonathan some special wine she’d been saving for when she has guests over, she notices that both bottle of wine have gone missing and places the blame on Scott which annoys Kourtney. Kourtney calls Scott and asks him about to which he denies ever seeing the wine.

The next morning, Kourtney tells Kim that Scott didn’t get home until 6 in the morning, Kim says it’s ‘disgusting’ and says that he should grow up because he has a baby, not staying out all night or coming back smelling of smoke and alcohol as well as sleeping in all day. Meanwhile at DASH, two of the DASH girls say they saw Scott out on the town with his friends, Kim overhears and confirms with them about his whereabouts and activities. Later on, Kim tells Kourtney about what she heard at DASH to which Kourtney gets defensive and aggravated about the constant criticisms of Scott by her family. She tells Kim she should go hang out with Khloe because of her criticisms. Kourtney then goes to the roof where Scott has been hanging out with his friends and finds empty bottles all over the place, including the wine that Kim claims he stole. Kourtney comes to the realisation about him and when he still hasn’t come home at 4 in the morning, she goes to Kim’s room and tells her that Scott’s using the ‘work’ at the club as an excuse to stay out despite having a girlfriend and baby at home. Kim says she’s sorry Kourtney has to deal with it and that Scott should get help for his drinking. Kourtney says that it’s scary she might be the one parenting Mason by herself due to his behaviour…

The episode kicks off after Khloe has left Miami following a fight with Kourtney. Kim is shown exiting a car and walking into the Hilton hotel that Kourtney, Scott and babay Mason are residing in. She looks around the suite to see nobody around, she starts shouting for them to no avail and then ventures out on to one of the balconies, she isn’t prepared for what she sees next… Kim is horrified to find Scott and Kourtney getting ‘jiggy’ on the opposing balcony! Kim freaks out and rushes inside.

Later on after the main credits, Kim reveals to Kourtney that her and Reggie broke up indefinitely citing their lives being so different as the main reason and that it was amicable with no fighting. The girls agree to live it up in Miami with Kim saying she’s so ready. The next day, Kim and Kourtney arrive at DASH Miami and Kim is introduced to the DASH dolls, and explains her being there is to cover Khloe who left after her fight with Kourtney. Kim says she hates it when Kourtney and Khloe fight and when they fight it breaks her heart. We cut back to Kim holding Mason who then sicks up on Kim’s shoulder!

Later at a Sushi restaurant, Kourtney is trying to talk to Kim but can’t because Kim is constantly on her Blackberry. Kourtney grabs the phone off of Kim and refuses to give it back. Kourtney proclaims in her confessional that “Kim is like a crack addict when it comes to her Blackberry.” Kourtney tries to interact with Kim and share some quality time with her sister but Kim is still glued to her phone.

Later that night, Kourtney talks to Kris about baby Mason and the subject of Kim constantly being on her phone comes up, Kris suggests Kourtney takes and hides Kim’s phone and show her what a weekend is like without her phone or computer. Kris says she’ll handle the business things while Kim has no phone. Kourtney waits for the perfect opportunity, waiting until Kim jumps in the shower before snagging her phone and laptop and hiding them in her car. Afterwards Kim tries looking for her phone but can’t find it anywhere. She asks Kourtney if she’s seen it and Kourtney tells her she will be phone-free for 48 hours, Kim fails to see the funny side and says she’ll just buy a new one and get her info from her computer, Kim then can’t find her computer and Kourtney teases her. Kim snatches Kourtney’s phone and calls Kris to tell her about what’s happened. Kris says that she won’t be Kim’s enabler and get her a new phone. Kim sees red and throws Kourtney’s phone at her!

The next morning, Kourtney wakes up Kim and the two go out to have some Blackberry-free fun. Kim starts itching for her phone while the two go to the spa to relax. Kourtney hopes for them to re-connect during this quality time together. She then asks Kim about Reggie and Kim reveals that it’s time for them to move on but she has no one to move on to, Kourtney says she shouldn’t feel that way. Kourtney says taking Kim’s phone worked as they can get back to connecting. Kim says she’s missed Kourtney.

Kim appears at DASH Miami to pick up Khloe’s slack, check on the girls and see what’s going on. Jacqui, one of the girls proceeds to tell Kim that one of the other girls, Katy has had an STD scare and has gone to the doctors which explains her absence.

After, Kim is spending time with Mason and Kourtney mentions she wouldn’t be doing this if Kim had been on her phone. Kim decides to set off for the gym, cellphone-free and realises her phone and laptop are probably in Kourtney’s car. She comes back with her stuff and says that she’s happy to have them back which angers Kourtney.

Elsewhere, Katy’s STD scare is revealed not to be anything serious. Kim and Kourtney go to lunch and Kim is back to being glued on her phone, Kourtney is getting frustrated and says Kim ruins everything with her cellphone. Kourtney gets up and leaves without Kim even noticing until after Kourtney has driven off! Kim goes to DASH because she still doesn’t know where Kourtney is. Kim is soon greeted by Kourtney, who in turn, completely ignores her by texting on her phone and goes to the back room of the store. Kim confronts her and Kourtney tells her that’s how it feels when Kim is on her Blackberry all the time. A fight erupts at the store when Katy confronts her ‘friend’ Jacqui about telling Kim of her STD scare, the girls are fighting enough that it brings out Kourtney and Kim and the issue is resolved with Katy still feeling hurt.

Kim decides that she doesnt want the cell phone issue to get in the way of her and Kourtney spending time together so she arranges an sea-plane ride over Miami, cellphone-free. The girls re-connect during the ride and also resolve their issues. Check out the screens via the links below!

It was great seeing Kim in KKTM, finally! We can’t wait to see what she gets up to during her extended stay for the rest of the season!
