Kim Kardashian couldn’t get over the ”magical” scene at the Make-A-Wish Ball Saturday night at Miami’s Hotel Intercontinental.

The main ballroom was decked out in a fairy tale theme with a giant ice sculpture in the shape of a castle, Christmas lights, forest-like centerpieces, walking trees, dwarves and a centaur (half man, half horse).

”It’s like a huge secret garden with twinkling lights and fairies,” said the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star.

Wearing a one-shouldered green Grecian gown, her hair in an updo, Kardashian was a class act all the way. She emceed the evening’s auction, which helped raise over $1 million in wishes ( Sharon Stone did the good deed last year).

Despite having no escort (her boyfriend, New Orleans Saints running back Reggie Bush, is still recuperating from knee surgery), Kardashian was in excellent spirits.

”I can’t complain,” said the 28-year-old celebutante. “I’m having so much fun finishing up the third season of the show [out in March on E!].”

The L.A. native said she is house hunting here. “Miami is hotter and definitely sexier than L.A.”

Kim Kardashian is thrilled to hear that her friend (and fellow reality star) Kendra Wilkinson, 23, has gotten engaged to Philadelphia Eagles football star Hank Baskett.

But that doesn’t make Kardashian any more anxious to walk down the aisle with her own NFL-star beau, the New Orleans Saints’ Reggie Bush.

“I am so excited for Kendra,” Kardashian, 28, tells PEOPLE of the Girls Next Door star. “It’s good to see her happy. But this doesn’t change my feelings for Reggie or our relationship at all. It is good now, and I just let it flow.”

Kardashian – looking stunning in a long brown off- the-shoulder gown and diamond earrings – was in Miami for the annual gala thrown by the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Southern Florida.

But she planned to jet out shortly after the event. “I am flying to New Orleans to help Reggie rehab from a football injury in hopes he can play in next week’s game,” she said. “I will be there with him all week.”

In addition to filming the new season of E!’s Keeping Up with the Kardashians, the reality TV star is also rehearsing for the grand finale of Dancing with the Stars.

“I absolutely loved doing the show [earlier this season] and wish I was still on,” she admitted. “It was hard work but I was really into it. And I made so many friends there! I am excited about going back.”

George W. wasn’t the only Bush having a difficult time on election night.

Kim Kardashian’s boyfriend Reggie Bush found himself in a heated political exchange – with a fellow Barack Obama supporter!

“Reggie and I had this two-hour long conversation at the end of the night,” Kardashian told PEOPLE after Wednesday’s Dancing with the Stars taping. “We got so carried away that we had to call his mom. We had to call my mom, it ended up in this huge conference call.”

Kardashian explains she had a late birthday celebration with her girlfriends in L.A. Tuesday night before snuggling up with her football-carrying hunk as the presidential election results rolled in.

And, even after the outcome was clear, “We were going off on tangents about politics, different theories, the Bible,” Kardashian admitted. “It was pretty intense, but then we passed out.”

“Dancing with the Stars – the Tour” will two-step its way into Scottrade Center Jan. 16, according to the TV show’s touring schedule.

The venue has not yet released information on the event.

The tour begins Dec. 17 in San Diego.

This season of “Dancing with Stars,” which is still inching its way toward the finale, includes present and eliminated contestants such as Toni Braxton, Lance Bass, Warren Sapp, Ted McKinley, Kim Kardashian, and Susan Lucci.

Wouldn’t it be something if Cloris Leachman, the show’s comic relief, was among those earmarked for the tour?

The reality star donned hospital-wear to celebrate her 28th birthday Tuesday at an Alabama medical center, where boyfriend Reggie Bush was recovering from surgery after injuring his knee.

“I was supposed to be in London right now with Reggie but we had to cancel our trip,” she writes on her blog. “In [Sunday's] game against the [North] Carolina Panthers, Reggie injured his left knee and needed surgery.”

Though she says the New Orleans Saints running back was “pretty bummed,” she, on the other hand, remains positive: “As long as he is okay, I will have the best birthday ever!!!!”

“When I saw him limp off the field,” she says, “my heart dropped!” But, ” He is recovering great and will be back on the field soon!”

Kim Kardashian has been attending Saints games and that agrees with Reggie Bush: According to TMZ.com, the tabloid diva has been to three games to watch her man. Bush has scored five times and established the NFL’s punt-return record with Kardashian in the house. Kardashian saw Bush score two touchdowns against the Raiders last week and got a big hug from coach Sean Payton – such are the perks of NFL life, and Payton’s wife, Beth, probably winced when she looked the other way. Bush leads the NFL with eight TDs this season (two rushing, three receiving, three punt returns).

Kim Kardashian might have recently referred to NFL boyfriend Reggie Bush as “hubby,” but that term of endearment is far from the truth. Despite the rumor, Kim Kardashian is not engaged.

According to E! Online, the rumor spread rapidly this morning when a user pretending to be Kardashian updated a phony Facebook profile, changing the status to “Engaged,” and reportedly sharing details of the would-be question popping.

“Kim Engaged!!!” the post read. “Never put a ring in someones dessert they could SWALLOW IT!!!!”

“I’m not engaged,” Kardashian, 27, told E! News. “I’m not even on Facebook!”

Kardashian’s rep, Cindy Guagenti, also denied the report, calling it a “false rumor.”

Equally shocked by the rumor was Reggie Bush himself. A source told E! News that he was informed of the rumor when a rep for the New Orleans Saints called and congratulated him on his supposed engagement.

“Reggie was like, ‘What are you talking about?’ He had no idea the rumor was even out there.”

As usual, Kardashian set the record straight on her MySpace page and other official Web site.

“OMG! There are a bunch of websites reporting today that Reggie and I are engaged!” she wrote.

“Apparently someone has made a fake Facebook page, pretending to be me, and the page said I got engaged! Everyone has been calling Reggie and I asking us! It’s not true! I don’t even have a Facebook page! Maybe I should get one!”

Kim Kardashian likes to sleep naked.

The reality TV star — who is currently dating American football player Reggie Bush — prefers going commando in the sack because it saves on washing — and she gets a better night’s sleep, too.

She says, “I love to sleep naked. I don’t do it all the time, but I do sometimes.

“It is so much more comfortable. And it saves on washing too, which is great.”

Kardashian, 27, recently denied reports her curvy figure is down to plastic surgery.

In a blog post — accompanied by a a bikini-clad photo of herself at age 14 — Kim wrote, “I hope after seeing this you guys will never ask me a plastic surgery question again.

“I have had a size C since I was 11 years old!

“All the butt implant rumors are just so not true and now just silly to me.”

This one has been rumored for a while, but new details are beginning to trickle out: Jenny McCarthy, Carmen Electra and Kim Kardashian are in line to host the annual Leather and Laces Super Bowl Party on Friday, Jan. 30 at Jackson’s Bistro on Harbour Island.

The party will be open to the public — tickets to last season’s party sold for $500, according to the Arizona Republic — and will reportedly benefit autism, a cause near and dear to McCarthy’s heart. On Oct. 4, the actor, who has an autistic son, hosted a party at the Playboy Mansion called “Leather Meets Lace,” benefitting Generation Rescue, a global autism research coalition.

As an added bonus, McCarthy’s main man is Jim Carrey, another autism research supporter, who will be in the middle of promoting two movies: Yes Man (scheduled for release Dec. 19) and I Love You Phillip Morris (around Valentine’s Day). So he might very well be on the guest list.

Sad news, America. Kim Kardashian won’t be sashaying across your TV screens again. While it was rumored she’d be replacing recently injured Misty May-Treanor on Dancing with the Stars, producers opted to go another route, according to E! News:

As it turns out, no one will be returning to fill Misty’s prematurely empty dancing shoes, vacated this week after the beach-volleyball champ became the first contestant to have to withdraw from Dancing With the Stars midseason due to injury.
Instead, no elimination occurred in light of Misty’s injury and this week’s scores and votes will be added to next week’s totals.
