Kim hasn’t been caught out and about or spotted at any events for the past few days and has enjoyed a little time with Reggie, attending the movies just the other night. Sometimes, people need a break and we’re sure Kim gets a little tired of being in the media all the time. However, here’s a report about Kim shopping for her own engagement ring!

Kim Kardashian says she’s just saving time and stress — by shopping for her own engagement ring.

The celebrity socialite is not yet engaged to boyfriend and NFL star Reggie Bush, but she told E! Online recently she’s ready to show him just what kind of ring she wants.

“It’s just easier,” Kardashian says. “Isn’t it easy if someone’s like, ‘This is exactly what I want.’ It’ll make your life so easy.”

Kardashian has also clued sisters Kourtney and Khloe in to which baubles she’s after, figuring Bush will ask them for their ideas when he’s ready to pop the question.

“She found one the other day and she was like, ‘It’s only $20 million,’ ” Kourtney tells E!.

Kim Kardashian has revealed that one member of her family is planning to undergo plastic surgery in order to radically alter their appearance.

Speaking to People, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star remained tight-lipped about the nature of the surgery but insisted that fans of the programme would be surprised by what they saw.

“Someone in the Kardashian family will soon have plastic surgery…I can’t tell you who, but someone in my family will look totally different and viewers will see it all on the show very soon,” she teased.

Keeping Up With The Kardashians, which airs on E!, follows the everyday lives of Kim, sisters Khloe and Kourtney, brother Robert, mother Kris and stepfather Bruce Jenner.

Is Kim Kardashian getting closer to becoming Mrs. Reggie Bush?

After all, first Kim hinted about doing a Newlyweds-type show when she and her footballer boyfriend eventually tie the knot—despite not being engaged yet. Then, Reggie revealed he’s ready to “lock it down” and take their relationship to the next level.

Now, on Monday night, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star was seen at Mr. Chow in Beverly Hills with famed wedding dress designer Vera Wang, along with Kim’s sisters and their mom.

Naturally, the sight of Kim and the designer together got folks buzzing, but when the topic of a wedding gown came up, Vera was quick to quip: “Don’t get the wrong idea!”

Hmm, fair enough. But you can’t blame us for asking, right?

Kim took to her blog to set the record straight regarding rumours about her giving up fur.

“Recently I have seen all of these blogs and magazine articles saying that I have given up fur. I definitely commend people who have taken that step to give it up, but to just be honest I have not.

Khloe did the new ad for PETA and that completely makes sense for her — she hasn’t eaten red meat in over ten years and it’s a because that’s close to her heart.

I haven’t bought any new furs since Khloe’s PETA ad but I definitely will not look like a hypocrite when I wear fur and people put up these fake stories about me turning over a new leaf and giving up fur!

These articles also stated that Reggie was going to dump me if I didn’t give up fur and that’s just not true. We went to Sundance last year and I have done interviews sharing a funny story about how I was wearing a fur vest there: As we drove up a hill to our Park City hotel we saw animal rights activists with cans of paint, protesting. Reggie rolled the window down yelling “she’s in here!” He was joking and certainly wouldn’t dump me over it.

I respect PETA to the fullest along with any other animal rights organizations. But I just wanted to set the record straight!”

Wearing fur is obviously a controversial subject and we want to know what you think.

Putting a different spin on the idea of a love lockdown, pro footballer Reggie Bush told Ryan Seacrest on the air Friday morning that he’s poised take the next step with girlfriend Kim Kardashian.

Bush told the deejay and E! News alpha dog that, “I’m going to lock it down,” the “it” presumably being reality show “it” girl Kardashian.

The NFL running back elaborated–or dug himself a hole, depending how you want to look at it–that there was plenty of space for his amore and much more in his large apartment, suggesting that, “There’s room for a nursery.”

Ratcheting up the romance rumblings ever further, Bush hinted about the possibility of a sparkly gift in Kardashian’s near future, so stay tuned.

Could Kim Kardashian be getting hitched to New Orleans Saints star Reggie Bush? According to Kim’s sister Kourtney, “Let’s hope so!” So would Reggie propose to Kim on the show? “It’s supposed to be a surprise, right?” Kim herself tells us.

But the big question for season three of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, the hit reality show that’s part of our E! family, is whether or not Reggie Bush and Khloe’s NBA man Rashad McCants will actually appear onscreen this season or stay on the sidelines. The Kardashians just hit the Winter TV Press Tour for TV critics, and the sisters gave up some answers…

Good news, sports fans. Looks like both pro athlete boyfriends might stop by the Kardashian-Jenner house this season.

Says Kim, “Reggie is an extremely private person. He hates being famous. He hates the paparazzi. He hates the whole scene of it all. But you will see him more this season. He’s gotten a little more comfortable.” As for Rashad, Khloe’s sister Kourtney says, “‘He might be a little part of the show [this season].” (Khloe had the flu and couldn’t make the panel.)

Kim says of her romance, “Reggie and I are doing really good. It’s his off-season now—he’s just getting his knee strong. I love him very much, and it’s going very well.” Awww…

Regarding her much-discussed new look, Kim says, “It’s just a life change. I’ve hired stylists. I love fashion. I feel that the general image [of me] was one way that I dressed for a time period. Kourtney just cut her hair. We all just grow up and change. I feel like I’m maturing a little bit. I love changing.”

Here are some candids of Kim shopping yesterday and looking very cute doing so. Also, there are rumours circulating the web that Kim is Google’s 2008 ‘Most Google’d Celebrity’, if it’s true then this is huge news for Kim and congratulations might just be in order!

I wasn’t in any reaching distance of a computer this past weekend, due mainly to holiday parties and having rather a bit too much to drink! Anyways, I checked my KKW.com email account this morning and was literally inundated with emails from Kim fans/site visitors as well as Google New Alerts etc about Reggie proposing to Kim soon.

Media Take Out, the not always reliable gossip blog posted the following on their site: “One of our EXTREMELY RELIABLE snitches [says] Reggie’s hired a photographer to “stand by” next week and to be ready to take pics of him popping the question to Kim. The pics will then be sold to one of entertainment’s weeklies.”

The only way we’ll find out is if Kim confirms it herself!

According to sources at Bossip.com, Kim K. was asked at the Empowerment of Africa dinner if she would be interested in becoming an ambassador because the “UN is looking for more influential ‘pop culture’ celebs to inspire younger generations to become more involved in international affairs.”

Apparently she’s teaming up with Russell Simmon’s Diamond Empowerment Fund, which is a non-profit international organization with the mission to raise money to support education initiatives that develop and empower economically disadvantaged people in African nations where diamonds are a natural resource.

The former Dancing With the Stars hopeful was at the Borgata in Atlantic City, NJ for a private screening of the show this past weekend and he had a lot to say.

When asked who he thought should still be in the running for the title, Joey chose Toni Braxton. For some odd reason, he also went on to bash Kim in the process.

Joey told the crowd: “But it’s not just about dancing. It’s about personality, too. And that Kim Kardashian, ugh, she has no personality at all. It was painful to watch.”
