Last night was unfortunately the season finale of Kourtney & Kim Take New York! The episode was the conclusion of a great season and we (as viewers and fans) were treated to an indepth look into the relationship between Kim and Kourtney and saw it strengthen as the two bonded during their stay. The episode opened up to the two doing just that, taking a boat trip at sunset; snapping pictures with the Statue of Liberty in the background dubbing her ‘Khloe’ after their younger sister because she couldn’t be there.
The arc of the episode was definitely the two sisters’ relationships; Kourtney with Scott as the question of their relationship was raised… are they headed towards an engagement? Kim’s budding romance with her current boyfriend Kris Humphries was addressed with Kim keeping it from everyone besides a few friends that she’d been seeing the New Jersey Nets player. Kim wanted to see how the relationship works out before she would like to confirm it. Scott notes that she seems quite mysterious lately.
The next day or so, Kim and Scott visit a jeweller as Kourtney and Scott have decided to make that weekend their anniversary, he decides to treat her to some jewelry and takes Kim for some help. It’s when they’re looking at the pieces her considers whether he should buy a ring that’s taken his eye and decides he’s at the right time in his life where he wants to settle down with his family. He purchases the ring and plans to propose to Kourtney during their anniversary dinner that weekend. READ MORE »

We got such a lovely suprise when we checked our Twitter feed this morning, Kim tweeted a special mention for KimKardashianWeb.com! She let her (almost) 7 million Twitter followers know that she loved our site as well as thanking us for making it and upkeeping it. We already knew that Kim loved and appreciated her fans but this just makes us love her more, expressing how much it means to her. Thank you so much Kim, you’re amazing!

Kim looked absolutely gorgeous last night when she attended an event to celebrate the Victoria’s Secret 2011 Swimwear collection. Kim attended the event with her good friend and Pussycat Dolls creator, Robin Antin. The pair contrasted well as Kim wore a black ensemble that included a short ruffle skirt and Robin wore a white mini dress. Check out more pictures by clicking the available links above/below!

The press have widely reported today about Paris Hilton following her doing promotional rounds recently for her latest collection of merchandise. When speaking to the Associated Press during a trip to Mexico on Tuesday to promote a new line of shoes, Paris implied that she doesn’t fear being overshadowed by Kim or any other reality show rival.
“There’s so many people out there who try to imitate what I do but I am the original… There is nothing like me.”
As we all know, Kim and Paris were firm friends for a while before reportedly having a falling out with Paris gunning for Kim in 2008 comparing her butt to a trash bag full of cottage cheese. The two made up recently during a Grammy Awards party where Hilton made the first move in resolving any differences the two might have had.

Kim and her boyfriend, New Jersey Nets basketball player Kris Humphries were spotted out and about shopping in New York yesterday. The couple looked incredibly happy together as they strolled through the city with photographers on hand snapping away. Television Shows & Screens > Kourtney & Kim Take New York > Episode #09. (In a New York Minute)
This weeks episode is the penultimate episode before the finale next week! It’s been a great season so far don’t you think? It will be sad to see it come to a close next week. Anyway, this week’s episode was Kourtney-centric and followed her preparing for a guest role on ABC soap opera, ‘One Life to Live’. Kourtney expressed her fandom of watching the show all the time while she was younger and despite recognising she is by no means an actress, was still looking forward to it by showing off some acting skills with Kim as they stepped out for dessert, to Kim’s enjoyment who scoffed at Kourtney’s comical attempt to play the town ‘slore’ who slept with everyone’s husband (we loved Kourtney during this part of the show!). We were also treated to Kim and Kourtney’s first trip on the subway, ever!
Things were going great for Scott who was preparing the launch event for a new product he has been working on. Kim lends her support and agrees to appear at the event for him when he questions her about how he can’t afford her appearance fee, Kim reiterates that she’s there solely to support him and it’s not necessary. Later on, Kris comes to town because she has an appearance on the Rachel Ray Show, Kourtney and Scott tell her about the launch event for Scott’s product and how they’re all going to support him. Kris immediately has a problem with it and when she meets up with Kim later that evening, reveals her doubts and informs Kim that from a business perspective, she shouldn’t appear and endorse his product because it might hurt her other endorsement deals. Kim agrees and tells Scott she can’t attend the event to which Kourtney tells Kim that she can’t stand up to Kris after she’s already agreed to go and support Scott. READ MORE »
